Add Syncopation to Your Chord Progressions

In this week’s episode of Strummin’ with Steve we take a look at syncopation. Syncopation is an extremely easy, yet infinitely effective, way to add variety and tension to your strumming and chord progressions. He demonstrates the “Driving Downbeat Strum” from last week but adds syncopation. This is one of the most effective ways for a beginner guitar player to improve their playing.
