Can You Really Become A Good Acoustic Guitar Player With This?
A simple step-by-step system to mastering the acoustic guitar.
Warning! This course isn't for everyone!

Fast-Track Acoustic Guitar is for adult learners who are picking up the guitar again after playing a long time ago or are self taught and need to return to the basics to fix bad habits.

This is not an overnight guitar god type of course. My teaching in this course will short-cut your learning curve... but there is no short-cut for practice.
I am currently going through the basics with Jim Deeming although this is not my first time playing guitar, this is the first time I'm taking it seriously, and Jim's lessons are making things easy, pleasant and fun. So thank you very much!

Intro Kick Start For Complete Beginners:

Choosing a guitar that's right for you. Learn what to look for and what to avoid.

How to change strings on a steel string and nylon string guitar. Miss this and you'll shorten the lifespan of your strings and possibly damage your guitar!

How to properly tune your guitar and make it sound amazing (makes even top-of-the-line acoustics sound better too).

Understand the anatomy of the guitar. Learn the proper lingo so you won't embarrass yourself when talking with more experienced guitar players!

How to properly fret the guitar for crystal clear tones with less muscle tension!

Basic up and down strum technique so you can keep proper rhythm.

How to read tablature. Once you understand the basics you can learn 1000's of songs on your own.
I've been playing guitar for a while, but I started at the beginning of the lesson set anyway (Jim Deeming) - and I've still been learning a lot of good and new things. I appreciate the short segments in the lessons because I often only have a short amount of time available and I can divide them into parts.

The Left Hand:

Learn what Major, Minor, and 7th chords are and how to play them. You won't be overwhelmed with 100's of useless chords — just the precious few that are used in virtually all songs.

On screen chord charts so you can stay focused on learning without fumbling around with printed tabs (although we give you all material to view or print if you want).

3 stupid-easy things that, once you understand, put a world of new songs literally at your fingertips. (most people learn just one of these things and never understand why they don’t progress)

How to eliminate fingertip blisters when you’re just starting out. (pain is not your friend)

Learn the common chord progressions that most songs use. You're always going to sound like you know what you're doing when you use these.

Avoid a commonly taught method that severely hinders your barre chord playing. Instead use this cool new trick to build up barre chord hand strength with ease.

How to avoid common posture mistakes and make fretting barre chords as painless as possible.

A simple trick that increases your stamina and decreases tension when playing barre chords. (it’s a lot easier than you think!)

How to eliminate buzzing and get crystal clear notes when fretting barre chords.

How to use less finger movement to change chords smoothly and in time. Even works on hard chords like the F major barre chord!

How to use the "finger anchor technique" while fretting chords so that your hand "automatically" knows where to go.

And Much More!
Thanks so much for the effort you put into the course. I've only used it for a month or so, but I've advanced much further than even I expected when I signed up.

Your lessons are extremely helpful and they're something I look forward to getting into on a daily basis.

That, and now I understand that fingerpicking is the style for me. It may not have been what I jumped into this scene to do...but it's what I want to do now.

Thanks for everything!!

The Right Hand:

How to clean up your right hand technique so you can hit the right strings at the right time and avoid the wrong strings.

A little-known trick that actually forces your strumming hand to play in time!

How to build a solid rhythm foundation that keeps you in time so you can play your favorite songs.

How to effectively practice any chord transitions so that you can learn your favorite songs quicker. Once you get this down it’ll make the toughest chord changes so easy it’ll seem like cheating.

Video play-a-long sections throughout so you can practice chord transitions with me! Playing with me like this will speed up your muscle memory with chord transitions.

Palm muting technique that will add dynamics to your playing so you don't sound mechanical.

When to anchor your pinky to the body of the guitar and when not to.

Alternating bass technique that many popular songs use. Once you learn this and the basic chords, you'll have 1000's of songs at your fingertips!

And Much More!
Learning Songs:

Learn the common chord progressions that most songs use. You're always going to sound like a pro when you use these.

How to determine if a song is good fit for your skill level. By doing this, you’ll keep things fun and challenging while avoiding frustration.

A counter-intuitive yet simple way to avoid a massive song learning pitfall. It could take you years to learn songs if you don’t know this.

How to play "Red River Valley" and "Wayfaring Stranger". These are in-depth lessons where I hold you by the hand through the song learning process. Not only do these songs sound great but you'll find other songs are much easier to figure out after you go through this process with me first.

Video play along sections so you can practice the songs with me. It's as if we're in the same room together!

Tabs, notation, chord charts, PDF writeups and GuitarPro files included!

And Much More!
I have dabbled in guitar for many years but have never been as focused as I am now...

I am learning TONS and progressing farther than I ever have..

For everything on offer, the price is well worth it :) My guitar and I have been strangers over the years, but thanks to Jim Deeming, we are fast becoming best friends!! (Metaphorically speaking mind you... I don't talk to my guitar or anything... well not a lot.. anyway) :p

Thanks again.

Filling In The Gaps:

How to make repetitive exercises and practice fun so you progress even faster (you’ll look forward to each practice session!)
